Funding 101

Many firms charge $2000 to $5000 or more to get you funded!  This is upfront money without any guarantees.  We can help for pennies per day!  How is this possible?  We use a co-op system whereby you share expenses with other people who need funding, and this saves you a ton of money! 

We hear from hundreds a people a month who wish to get funding for a project they have.  Although we try to assist as many as we can, we find that many are not ready to present their product or project!  We use our website here to help instruct our clients in the professionalism needed to get funded.  Many clients are quite ready for funding, and we immediately begin to bring their offers to our investor contacts.  We have a monthly paid subscription which allows you to begin with us immediately.

We welcome investors to sign up with us at MFN at no cost.  This is a great way to keep in touch with early announcements of new offers, hot leads of investments, reduced competition for the best projects, and so on!

We also welcome brokers/consultants who feel they need our help in locating funding.  We can then co-broker the client projects!

Our main thrust is to hear from members of the public with good marketable ideas, business plans, films, inventions and more.  Entrepreneurs in this category must subscribe at a link below to become involved with us.    

MFN has no limit to the amount we can bring to the table in funds.  If the project is worthy of great value and future return, some investors either possess or control billions in invest-able assets allowing us to fund as much as several hundred million dollars.  We also can help start up owners with seed money such as $50,000 to get into position to receive more later, possibly from the same investor.

Depending on how you signed in is where we will direct you.  Our website is divided 3 ways, Entrepreneurs, Investors and Broker/Consultants!  Investors and brokers may sign up for free here!  You may not access those locations from this webpage, rather we send you there once we receive your information from our form.  Do not come back and re-sign in under a false category that doesn't apply to you, thinking you will find investors, we do not publish those on any page.   Do the subscription below if you need funding for your project.  Once you do the subscription below,  sit tight and wait for the get acquainted phone call we make to you, and the email you manually receive from us which directs you.  (Allow up to 24 hours to receive the call and/or the email!) Each of you in each category will receive very useful helps and resources, including potential deals and connections. 

Investors are directed to our project directory. 

Consultants/brokers are directed to our policies for co-brokering projects and our project directory.

Entrepreneurs are directed to our set up page to list their project in our directory.  This happens automatically once you set up your monthly subscription. 

Repeat:  Investors and consultants, We will email you your section manually, so please wait for that email.  If you are an investor, we will make sure you know about new offerings we have, and we will send you to a site that explains this.  If you are a broker/consultant, you will be sent to that site which explains how you may be involved in our system.

A Cost to List Your Offer

We charge $12 monthly.  You can begin with us for only $12 and $12 every month there after.  We have no contract, you may cancel at any time.  This monthly co-op amount allows us to be aggressive in locating investors for all of our clients. 

This is a cost to you of .40 cents per day as long as your offer is in our directory! This is all we charge upfront and we make it ongoing monthly and you can cancel any time.

We already have hundreds of investors looking at our projects, and yours may as well be included.  But we have costs, and we do use the subscription funds to increase our investor base all the time.  We use PayPal to collect the funds from you on a monthly subscription. You may use a debit or credit card with us.  We believe after checking around, and polling our competitive brokering and consulting firms, this is a true bargain to be listed in a directory like ours for only $12 monthly.  We also give advice to you in making your offer more desirable to investors.  This is included in the $12 and it is built into our back office area where you may see it at your leisure.  If you need us to do any copy writing or upgrading of your business plans or summaries, we do charge extra for that.  We also charge for setting you up with a PPM, (Private Placement Memorandum)

What you receive:  We list you in our directory which we show to investors daily.  We have huge mailing lists of investors, and we keep our projects in front of them routinely.  Although we cannot guarantee that you will get funded by a certain time period, we do want you to know that if your project is fundable, it will get in front of real decision makers. 

Next, we have tutorials and articles to help you streamline and improve your offer so it is improving all the time.  Once we get an interested investor, we put you and them together, we arrange conference calls, we set up an escrow, and we do all the follow through.  Our firm receives 5% of any funds you are funded.  This is our back end payment.  Our front end subscription pays expenses to keep you in our directory.  The back end is our fee.  Often, the 5% can be added to your amount funded so you net what you asked for.

All you do now to get started is to simply go to PayPal at the link below and set up a credit or debit card with us and pay the $12 first month's fee.  You will be taken to our back office where you can begin our process.
