AT MFN, you are highly independent, can work from home, but you are mentored in all types of lending and the kind of training is available to bring you $100,000 + loan checks. That does not happen every month, but it is totally do-able. Learn creative techniques and how to be postured for once in a life time commissions, regularly. Loan experience is required, at least 2 years, plus being familiar with Point, and some commercial and/or construction knowledge is helpful but not totally necessary. MFN currently has only 3 openings.
