MFN Mortgage Credit Reports
We are a California licensed broker, The MFN Group, who specializes in niche real estate loans, low score loans, appraisal issues, hard money loans, and commercial loans.
Because we specialize in this kind of product, we are asked to look at 10-15 new clients a day. This is good for us as it keeps our firm quite busy. However, to do a thorough job for each person, we must order an $18 tri-merge, 3 score credit report, unless you have one you can fax us under 2-3 weeks old. Fax: 916-543-3102 (If we do your loan, you will still need us to run our own credit report for you at the cost of $18) Therefore, we must pass on the cost of these reports to each and every loan client. We have 2 ways you can do this, and speed is important as the loan programs are changing from week to week. You will receive a copy of your credit report, upon request, if we cannot assist you with a loan. We will also show you a way to repair your credit and that is how you can become more loan worthy for the future.
